Day 2

I'm writing this early today because I'm going to the Incubus concert tonight with Blair, woohoo! I woke up at 4:20am this morning because I wanted to smoke-- just kidding. I actually think I was scared if I drank the salt water too late and it upset my stomach, I'd have trouble leaving for work on time. So I made the mixture, 2 tsps of uniodized sea salt to 1 quart of lukewarm water. I made it to just over 1 cup. It really grossed me out because it reminded me of chicken soup and I am a vegetarian. I didn't really have much stomach pain from it. I did feel it working it's way through every inch of my intestines which was interesting.

Back to the whole meat thing, oddly enough, I have been craving foods I don't even eat such as spaghetti and meatballs or chicken tenders with bbq sauce and honey mustard, the two foods I don't eat that I have cravings for. Anything really would be good right about now, earlier I was thinking thai noodles. I am not hungry, but I am very used to eating small meals all throughout the day, so it's weird for me to not be eating. I kept thinking, what should I eat for lunch? Then I remembered... lemonade! I am not lying, I am not hungry at all! In fact I feel really good, I have a lot more energy than I usually do on Mondays, especially considering the fact that I woke up at the crack of dawn (I did go back to sleep until 6:30, don't feel too bad for me).

I am considering straining my juice through a cheesecloth like one woman did on her diet, according to her blog. This is because I think I put too much cayenne pepper in today's batch, it's a bit spicy for just the 2nd day. It is about 5:30pm and I'm only on my 4th glass of the day. I have been diluting some with water due to the unfortunate lemon incident yesterday so my glasses have been more like 12-14 oz of liquid. I plan to finish this glass and bring another with me when I leave at 7pm, then drink half before the concert and half on the way home. I'm going to go relax now while I have the chance. Have a nice dinner everyone...
